Shipping
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the location and weight of the order. Please note that for international orders, additional shipping time may be required.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays in the United States. For orders within the USA, please allow up to 5 additional business days for shipping. For international orders, please allow up to 10 or more additional business days for shipping, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
What shipping carriers do you use?
UPS, FEDEX for now subsequent carrier options will be available soon.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?

What if my order is lost during shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs if your order is lost. However, if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking down the package.

Can I change my delivery address?
If Orders have not yet been shipped, please reach out to us via email before 48hrs info@beautybyposh.us with name and Order number. But if the order has already been shipped there's nothing more that we can do, so we do advise to confirm address before order placement.
Do you offer Local Pickup?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick-up at this time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a UPS or DHL tracking number on the second or third business day after placing your order,once it has been shipped.
Refund/Exchange
What is your refund policy?
We cannot accept products for an exchange or refund if they have been opened from their original packaging due to sanitary purposes. However, if we have sent out a different product entirely from what was ordered, we will accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate a return.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We strive to ensure that every order is accurate, but if a mistake does occur, we will take responsibility and provide a solution
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please do well to confirm delivery address before payment once order is shipped addresses can not be changed.
Gift Cards
How does the E-Gift Card work?
The E-Gift Card is a convenient and flexible way to give the perfect gift for any occasion. When you purchase an E-Gift Card, a unique code will be sent to the recipient via email. They can then use this code to redeem the gift card and choose their desired products from our store
Do E-Gift Cards expire?
No, our E-Gift Cards never expire. The recipient can take their time to find the perfect products and redeem the gift card whenever they want.
Can I return or exchange an E-Gift Card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for E-Gift Cards. Once the gift card has been purchased and sent to the recipient, it is non-refundable.
